Stay Healthy and Calm!

By changing your attitude you can change your life. The more you see life in a positive way, the more it is. Be careful with your thoughts and words and they turn into reality.
Be kind to yourself and others. When you think a negative thought say: "Stop!" , "Cancel!"
Then state what you would like instead. This is the key to hapiness. So if you are in a traffic jam and you are stuck in traffic and find yourself upset. You may start saying nasty things to the traffic. Say instead, " I am safe and I will arrive at my destination safely and at the time the universe has designated me to be there. All time is the correct time."
