Transformational Breath Seminar

BREATHE FOR LIFE ...
How would you like to fully utilize the power of your own breath - to bring more joy, aliveness, clearer understanding about life issues, physical healing, and insight into your life? All these and more are possible through a process called Transformational Breathing™ (TB). Judith Kravitz, co-founder of this healing modality, experienced a complete healing of throat cancer over 20 years ago through using the fully connected breathing process. Since that time she has been on a mission to bring this unique system to the world.
Transformational Breathing is a powerful self-healing process which opens up restrictive breathing patterns, clears the subconscious mind and helps us connect with higher states of consciousness. TB works by combining connected breathing with toning, evocative music, focused intention, affirmations, invocations for positive outcome, and body mapping.

About Transformational Breathing
Transformational Breathing™ is one of several Breathwork modalities that evolved from the Rebirthing Breath, a connected breath discovered by Leonard Orr in the early 1970s. The healing power of this connected breath was further developed by many, including Leonard Orr, Sondra Ray, Drs. Eve Jones, Jim Morningstar and Stanislav Grof, as well as Phil Laut, Jim Leonard, Jacquelyn Small, Dan BrulĂ© and many others, including Dr. Judith Kravitz, co-creator of the Transformational Breathing process.

Although effective use of the connected breath is a key ingredient of the healing power of Transformational Breathing, Dr. Judith Kravitz has added to the connected breath several other healing modalities that greatly enhance the success of the connected breath in transforming stuck energies in the body-mind into more useful forms of life energy. For example, the use of toning is especially helpful to beginners in moving through physical or emotional discomfort that may surface during a connected breathing session. In addition, evocative music as well as a bodywork system and related affirmations are integral parts of the Transformational Breathing process.

Dr. Judith Kravitz has added several other components that enhance greatly the healing power of Transformational Breathing. For more details, see Dr. Judith Kravitz' excellent book, "Breathe Deep, Laugh Loudly" , describing the Transformational Breathing process in detail, or visit the Transformational Breath Foundation website at http://www.transformationalbreathing.com/.
