Holiday Grief Sessions

Allow yourself to attain goals and inner peace, during this holiday season.

Loss of all kinds reeks havoc. Not only may you have lost a loved one through death, but you may have lost financial security, a relationship, divorce, physical impairment. Or childhood issues of what the Holidays were or could have been. How can you be happy? Why bother to participate in the holidays? Can I allow myself to enjoy the holidays? Recovery is possible. Grief Recovery requires a series of small and correct choices made by the griever. Once these choices are learned they are tools for life long change.

Dates: Wednesday November 19, 2008 OR Thursday : December 4, 2008 (one evening session)
Time Frame: 7:00p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
